MEDIATION SERVICES

We are proud to offer mediation services.  Most courts now require that cases be submitted to mediation prior to going to trial.  Simply defined, a mediation is a process where the parties meet, usually at a neutral site along with their attorneys, and a trained mediator meets with the parties, and, through various means, attempts to negotiate a settlement.  Mediation has proven to be a highly successful mechanism to settle cases, thus saving the parties the substantial time, money, and emotional turmoil that is inherent with taking a case to trial. We provide mediation services that fulfill the court mandated mediation requirements.   

Jason R. Reeves obtained his mediation training at the Libscomb University Institute for Conflict Management.  Mr. Reeves brings to the table his more than a decade of experience as a litigator in various fields of the law, including family law and civil cases.  Mr. Reeves has been very successful in settling cases in his capacity as mediator—in many of these cases, the attorneys involved did not think settlement was possible.

Our mediation services are based at 704 N. Jefferson Street at the same location as the Reeves Law Firm. Our building has multiple conference rooms and offices that allow for ample space and creates a relaxed atmosphere to conduct mediations.
